I asked a question earlier asking about the best catering in Manila. If i am looking for a restaurant, as a foreigner in desire of western OR filipino food, where is a classy restaurant that I can go to. Prices are not really a big deal, i just want a very nice place to have business meeting at over breakfast or dinner. The aesthetics are important, but the service and food quality is what I am looking for.
I saw your other question as well and provided an answer. I believe the the Heritage Cafe in Intramuros is probably going to be your best bet if you are actually in Manila.
