Should there be an extra charge for getting flat bread instead of regular bread on subway

I got flat bread instead of regular bread today at subway, the cashier told me there was an extra charge for it. The sign just said you could substitute any 6" bread with flat bread.

nopeeeee

Subway charges extra for just about everything except vegetables. By making the purchase anyway you pretty much gave up your right to argue the point. If there was no extra charge on the sign you should have asked to speak to a manager if the extra charge is that important to you. Once the cashier lets you know it's extra and you take it anyway you've agreed by verbal contract to that price.

I work at subway, and no there should not be an extra charge! go back and get your money back for it! flat bread is just another type of bread. they do have to charge extra for extra cheese or meat because it is food cost for us and our food is very expensive!

It didn't say it was free. It gives you the option to have it on flat bread instead. Just like it says you can make any sandwich a "WRAP"...

If the sign said "no charge" they shouldn't have charged extra.
